STORYSELLER TERMS & CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions set out below apply to your joining of StorySeller the course offered by Nicola J Rowley PR (NJRPR) and Arif Isikgun (Ai Beauty Ltd). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Nicola J. Rowley PR and Arif Isikgun (“we”, “us” or “our”) provide services to you, as a subscriber to StorySeller the course. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound to and which cannot be waived.

StorySeller

StorySeller as a course includes 6 x weeks of live teaching either from Nicola Rowley or Arif Isikgun to help you make sales with ease using storytelling. Additionally, if you sign up within 24-hours of cart opening, you will receive the 24-hour bonus of being able to send in 3 x social media posts and getting them reviewed for you by Nicola and Arif.

The deadline for sending these posts to us is no later than midday on Friday 4th April 2025. The email address to send them to is: hello@njrpr.com. The feedback will be sent back to you within three weeks of submission. provided to you within three weeks of submission. If you opt to pay in full for the course, you will also receive an in-person workshop day with both Nicola Rowley and Arif Isikgun scheduled for mid-March (at a date tbc).

StorySeller the course

On joining StorySeller, you will receive a welcome email directing you to join a Facebook group, which is exclusive to members. You will also be given access to your online members area (your username and password will be the email you have used to sign up with). In the membership area, you will be to access recordings of any live sessions or workbooks.

StorySeller – Course Specifics

Throughout this course we cannot provide any guarantees that you will experience any specific results. Failure to complete the self-study materials and trainings provided will limit your ability to obtain success and will significantly limit any results. What we will be teaching is not bespoke to any specific industry and includes information and guidance suitable for both those who are at the early stages of their business or have more established businesses.

In joining StorySeller, you acknowledge that it is part of an on-going process and it will be your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught to your personal circumstances. We make no guarantees or claims as to success of any member. Each individual is unique and their starting position and commitment to the course and the opportunities afforded to them, is unique to them. The aim is that going through both the course you will have new information, strategies, techniques, and contacts and will have found a new direction towards obtaining sales in your business, and a deeper connection with your audience through the power of storytelling.

Payment Terms

You can currently join StorySeller for £500 (inc.vat) or the equivalent in US dollars. Extended five-month payment plans are also available. All purchases are final (Please see below for details about refunds). If you default on any payment and have not already flagged that there could be a problem with collecting the instalment, we will have no alternative than to seek payment in full of the outstanding amount still owing on the course. If there is no resolution, legal proceedings will begin to recover any outstanding monies owed.
Support

Following successfully joining StorySeller you will be sent an email with a link to the private members Facebook group. Should you require any technical support in respect of joining, we are happy to help you to get up and running. Please email creditcontrol@njrpr.com. Our team working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:30am until 4pm and we aim to respond to you within a few hours if you contact us during those hours.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. We will keep your personal data confidential and will not share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. We will be provided with your name and email address but will never be provided with your financial information.

Refunds and Cancellation

As you are joining an online course, in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you are not entitled to a refund apart from in limited circumstances. Should you have any questions or concerns please contact NJRPR’s team on: creditcontrol@njrpr.com
Intellectual Property .

You will be provided with access to StorySeller and the materials associated with the course from as soon as you sign up and the start date of the course is 24th February 2025.

At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with any materials provided, remain with both, Nicola J Rowley PR and Ai Beauty Ltd. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools, but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate, or provide copies to third parties whether for payment, for free or as part of an exchange of services.

Feedback and Complaints

If you have any feedback about StorySeller, please do share it with us. It’s always great to receive words of praise and it’s also helpful to get constructive comments. We really hope that you love what you’re about to learn, but if you would like to make a complaint this should be made in writing to the following email address: creditcontrol@njrpr.com
General

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the StorySeller as it is delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the course.
